A man has been sentenced to 10 years behind the bar after breaking into a home and also killed a dog.
Vincent Hunter, Jr. Who got half of the maximum sentence for burglary and killing a domestic animal was charged in South Bend on Wednesday.
Brett Walker-Humphrey, 20, was with Vincent during the burglary incident. He was sentenced in April for burglary and animal cruelty.
The home burglary took place last year in South Bend, when Vincent and Brett broke into Dan Warner’s house and in the process shot his Old English Sheepdog, Linus.
